The economic development community movement is defined by measures implemented locally to create economic opportunities and improve sustainable social conditions within the community overall. Special attention is given to individuals who are most economically distressed. Moreover, it is a community-based initiative managed by and for its members, the community economic development is based on a combined social and economic development approach, to promote the economical, social, ecological and cultural welfare of the communities. |
